Relax and recharge your batteries in the beautiful wellness center of the unique historical Hotel Elizabeth in Trenčín, located in the heart of the city, directly below the medieval Trenčín Castle. The space is designed as a Roman bath, referring to the centuries-old Roman inscription on the castle rock behind the hotel.

** Children under 12 years of age can visit the wellness center until 6:00 PM. The minimum age for entering the saunas is 12 years.

**** For safety reasons and with regard to environmental protection, hotel disposable slippers are not available in the rooms. Wellness shoes can be purchased at the wellness reception. Thank you for your understanding.

Relaxation pool

The wellness center is designed in the style of Roman baths, which enhance the feeling of peace, harmony and timeless elegance. The hydro-massage pool with water attractions pleasantly relaxes muscles and promotes regeneration. The pool is ideal for both peaceful relaxation and active body relaxation. After the bath, you can continue in the relaxation room, where water with lemon is regularly replenished for refreshment and hydration. Pleasant heated benches provide an ideal place to relax between individual procedures.

Sauna world

In the elegant sauna world of Hotel Elizabeth, you can relax your body and mind. In a stylish and comfortable environment, you will find five unique saunas, designed to allow you to choose the relaxation that best suits your needs. You can look forward to a Finnish sauna, a herbal sauna, a steam sauna, a Roman sauna and an infrared sauna.

Relaxation and inhalation room

Staying in the inhalation room significantly reduces stress, strengthens the immune system, increases the ability to concentrate, brings a feeling of freshness and satisfaction, and also slows down skin aging. Thanks to the high content of sodium chloride, the room has a clean, anti-allergic and anti-fungal climate. The crystalline rock salt placed on the walls in the room is a natural ionizer.

Fitness

The fitness center of the Hotel Elizabeth offers a modern space for active relaxation and training during your stay. The hotel's fitness center with an area of 100 m² is intended exclusively for accommodated guests, which guarantees a peaceful and comfortable environment. The fitness center is divided into a cardio zone and a strength zone, thanks to which everyone will find ideal conditions for their training. Guests have access to high-quality Pininfarina cardio machines and professional Sports Art strength machines.
